# WHY IT IS SHORT. It is confined to marks famous enough that a collision is
# obvious to a general audience, because those are the ones a person can
# recognise and a name generator can meaningfully avoid. A real trademark
# search covers millions of registrations across dozens of classes and
# jurisdictions and cannot be approximated by a word list. The app says so in
# plain language next to the control: this check is a sanity net, not a
# clearance search, and it is no substitute for a search of the register or
# advice from someone qualified to read one.

# MATCHING RULE. Same as the offensive list: four letters or more matches
# anywhere in the word, three or fewer matches only at the start or the end.
# Matching is on the coinage's letters alone — it knows nothing about goods,
